Based in the Albury-Wodonga area, iPermit Building Approvals cover not only the immediate area but also the surrounding regions of North Eastern Victoria and surrounding NSW regions.

Robert Landman, the director of iPermit Building Approvals has grown up on the border of Albury-Wodonga. This has provided him with a great understanding of the local community, government views and many connections within the building and construction industry. His passion for the building and construction industry started immediately after graduating year 12 and stepping straight into an apprenticeship; this then eventuated into completing a Bachelors Degree in Building Surveying whilst carrying out the role of a Building Surveyor / Certifier for just under 10 years prior to leaving a state-wide company. This provided Robert with invaluable experience on both sides of the border being registered as an A1 Accredited Certifier with the BPB in NSW and a Building Surveyor with the VBA in Victoria.
