Is iPermit Priority the same as complying development?
A Complying Development Certificate (CDC) is a NSW approval pathway for eligible work. iPermit Priority is our service for arranging prioritised application assessment. We discuss Priority availability for NSW certification and Victorian building permit applications within our service scope.

Does Priority guarantee an approval date?
We discuss assessment timing for your project before confirming the arrangements. An approval can only be issued once the applicable requirements are met. Outstanding information, required notifications and other project requirements may affect timing.
Can I enquire while my documents are being prepared?
Yes. Share the information you have and tell us what is still being prepared. We can discuss the scope and documents needed before confirming Priority availability and timing.
What if I already have an application with iPermit?
Contact our team with your project reference and preferred timeframe. We will review the current stage and discuss whether Priority arrangements are available.
